It’s been years since I’ve been to a braiding shop, and I chose this one based on its nearly 5-star reviews. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t fully meet my expectations. The salon area felt cramped, and cleanliness and organization left something to be desired. Extremely rude I had to reschedule because I was sick in bed with the flu and didn't reply because their number showed up in my spam so I didn't see it, went online and reacheduled, and they were so very rude to me ans unprofessional over a small misunderstanding and dragged it saw their reviews and thought the work looked beautiful but how I was treated waa horrible terrible attitudes ruin business. From day one when I booked my appointment I was greeted with the upmost respect and in a timely manner I was booked and did i mention that I am from Nevada so when I arrive into town I confirm my appointment again the ladies there were wonderful making sure I wasn't getting no false information with the time and payment for the style I wanted all of my needs were met and I will be returning in the future .
