Where to begin? My mother has been here at least nine or ten times for problems with her hearing aids..Still having problems with them and they arnt solving the problem.Phone calls are not returned and their solutions are simply not working..Of course, no mention of a refund..This is her quality of life and they need to make this right..Other people are giving good reviews but this is not the case for us..Please do the right thing and make this right.This has been going on far too long!!

It was an amazing experience. Mitch that gave me the hearing test explained the procedure and results in an amazing way. Very professional and kind. I have had several hearing test but Mitch was A++
