This company sent an advertisement to my home about their product. They stated that by setting up an appointment that you would receive a $20 Visa card for coming in and getting a hearing test. This was done by me and I spent an hour talking with and getting a hearing test from the technician. GUY AND MICHELLE / ERLANGER KY OFFICE ARE THE BEST THERE IS. THERE IS NO BETTER SERVICE PROVIDER THAN THESE TWO. THEY GO WAY BEYOND FOR THERE CLIENTS. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM SINCE 2008. I'VE PURCHASED 2 PAIRS OF HEARING AIDS. THE SERVICE YOU RECEIVE IS EXCEPTIONAL. I PROMISE YOU THEY GO MORE THAN THE EXTRA MILE. BY FAR. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THEM. I purchased a hearing aid for my mother from the 4265 Tamiami Tr., Port Charlotte, FL, 33980 store on 11/15/16. She has had issues with it and has taken it for adjustments a few times but with each "Adjustment" the hearing aid gets worse and worse. Now the store representatives are saying she needs to "Upgrade" to the newest model which is $7,000! It has been a little over 2 years since I bought her current unit which cost $5,000. The unethical, law breaking ******** at Miracle Ear Inc, Paso Robles, CA 93446, ***** ********are making illegal telemarketing calls to parties who are on the Do Not Call List.

I have to say Miracle Ear is the worst especially working with elderly. They get you to by their horrible (always needing repairs) hearing aides. My mother purchased 2, needed to finance because of such high cost and since day one. they both have been sent out for repairs. now since warrantee is now expired and the are still needing repair, they want to charge her. She is still paying for them and they never worked right to begin with. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Julie *******, Chehalis, WA is wonderful --so caring and concerned about me and how the new hearing aids are serving me. I couldn't ask for a better consultant than Julie and I HIGHLY recommend her for her caring and service to me.

Worst place to buy a hearing aid on the face of the earth. My mother-in-law spent monies she received from when her son passed away to get hearing aids. The first pair lasted 2 years and died so she was given a replacement pair that last 18 mos. and have now quit working so she wanted her money refunded but the Grand Forks location refuses to refund her. DO NOT buy anything from this location as they are the worst. Instead of giving her money back and keeping Miracle Ear's name in good faith they are bringing them down. Hope... read more
