I’m just wondering if anyone else is frustrated with Miricle Ear...Pocatello, Idaho. For my last 3 appointments about a month apart, they have messed up on my appointment, even after calling me the night before to remind me of my appointment...December 30, 2020. The first month (around the 1st of November) they had a different person than I was scheduled with see me. I love to go here.I've tried a lot of different places and was disappointed. Over the last few years I have made this my permanent spot which speaks loudly for me because I am very picky about my nails. they always do an excellent job, my nails never break and they always make me feel comfortable. they always accommodate my appointment times and I have continued to be a returning customer.
