Karissa is ultra competent. Very caring. A super employee.
Everything went well with my appointment today. Had my hearing rechecked. Got my hearing aid reprogrammed. Can hear better with hearing aid at a lower volume. Pleased with the appointment today.
I’ve been coming here for 3 or 4 years now. I had been seeing an ENT specialist for about a year,when it came time to get hearing aids, I wasn’t financially ready for that. I saw advertisements Miracle Ear and made an appointment. Karissa was the first person who worked with me. She helped me to “accept” it was time for hearing aids. Karissa Cockerham was our initial introduction to Miracle Ear and her level of care, service and personality is wonderful. We have had great service but understood she had to tend to another location. We were very pleased with Amber and let her know we would have to change locations because we moved further from the Trousdale location. We are now in Cool Spring and we were so pleasantly surprised to see Karissa again!!!
