Karissa Cockerham was our initial introduction to Miracle Ear and her level of care, service and personality is wonderful. We have had great service but understood she had to tend to another location. We were very pleased with Amber and let her know we would have to change locations because we moved further from the Trousdale location. I had an appt, there was a person being called back for their appt. as I came in. I sat there never being acknowledged and another person walked in and the audiologist acknowledged that person immediately but didn’t even say anything to me. She finished with the person that was before me and once again acknowledged the person that came in after me.
