Went in for my 3 month checkup on my hearing AIDS. They're very prompt and getting you in very nice to work with

The office is always professional with a personal touch. The staff is awesome with appointment reminders and answering questions; she always has a cheerful smile to greet us. Dad wears his hearing aids every day and is so appreciative of Brenda's skills and patience.
Shelly was very helpful in explaining over the phone how to change the filter in my Mom’s hearing aid. We had been given replacement filters a couple of years ago but did not need to use them till now. Thanks Shelly for saving us a trip to Norfolk!
I got my hearing aids a year ago and have been very happy with them! I highly recommend them!
