I was very hesitant to come back to Miracle Ear after my last experience in Garden City but I’m so thankful I saw Audrey! I was retested today and had my hearing aides adjusted. Audrey was very welcoming, knowledgeable and treated me like family. There was zero upselling and I was even educated on how to maximize the pair I already purchased. I’ll be back in two weeks for a check-in and can’t wait to feel the difference with the adjustment.
I took my elderly (92) aunt here for new hearing aids and they were so good with her. They were very patient and explained everything in great detail and did so in a way that she understood. He even drew pictures and that was very helpful. I like that they make sure you are fully satisfied and continues checking every few months. Great service at this location!!!!
Matt has always been very helpful. His testing is thorough and he seems very knowledgeable. I recommend him to all my friends.
