Lindsey is a very thoughtful and helpful provider. She upgraded my purchase of in-the-ear hearing aids by changing the ear inserts and by adding useful functions to my i-phone application.
I am not a usual reviewer. I went to this location for a hearing test. I was really impressed with the service I received. The receptionist (sorry but I never go her name) was friendly and welcoming. The audiologist, Lindsey, was professoinal, friendly and thorough She clearly explained the results of my test. Although I passed with flying colors, I would suggest this ME location as a starting point if one questions their need for hearing aids.

I have been a customer for Miracle ear for a long time. I always received outstanding service. Recently, new ownership and location had me going to the Rockville site. I was skeptical a first... until I met Lindsey Gaines. I was very impressed with her knowledge. She really put my mind at ease. I was looking for a set of hearing aids to use as a backup incase the ones I have started to fail. She worked with my insurance.
