We came here for my Family Member due to another store closed and that was the best thing ever. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. They lessened to my family member and helped her with any and all issues. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but this place is great. I would travel twice as far to come to this store. The customer service was out of this world.

I have going here for the past 3 years and have received the best service I could imagine. Erica have gone above and beyond to assist me with sometimes forgotten appointments, Alice has gotten me the best devices available. They are both a joy to see when you visit.
I've always been treating well, and having chocolates in the lobby makes me tempted to just drop in.
Great experience. Had my test, my fitting and received my hearing aids, all very easy. The staff was great, very helpful, and informative.
