They constantly bombard the community with junk mail addressed to deceased family members. Requests to cease such mailings are disregarded. Enough is enough!
Brian (from the Marquette MI Miracle ear store) is above extraordinary in his expertise and willingness to make sure my hearing experience is the best. He has gone above and beyond with multiple difficulties I’ve had with my hearing aids. So grateful for all his help.

NO SHOW for 15 yr old kid with hearing aid problems. 15 yr old kid requires hearing aids we purchased from Miracle-Ear, one isn’t working, appointment set, drove an hour one way, no one ever showed up. No one showed up for a 15 yr old kid who requires a hearing aid. Not one person. Sad.
Cassie was timely, friendly & professional. Good experience at my 6 month check-up, yesterday. Thoroughly serviced/cleaned my hearing aids.
