NO SHOW for 15 yr old kid with hearing aid problems. 15 yr old kid requires hearing aids we purchased from Miracle-Ear, one isn’t working, appointment set, drove an hour one way, no one ever showed up. No one showed up for a 15 yr old kid who requires a hearing aid. Not one person. Sad.
Cassie was timely, friendly & professional. Good experience at my 6 month check-up, yesterday. Thoroughly serviced/cleaned my hearing aids.
I took my aunt to the miracle ear in Houston and the lady there was very professional and was very helpful! She was very knowledgeable and had a huge heart. She knew my aunt was having a very hard time but she talked her through it and now she will be coming back to purchase within the next 2 weeks. Keep this lady here!
