My husband had a hearing test in Mora Mn. They offered him a $20 gift card. He went to use the card and it was invalid, it stated it didn't expire until August, he tried using it in May. We tried to get this straightened out but they don't call back to issue a new card. What a Scam!
I’ve worn hearing aids for over 10 years and this is hands down the best hearing aid I’ve had. I hear things now that I. Oils only dream of hearing in the past. Mike is very patient, compassionate and knowledgeable in testing and fitting. Go get tested and you will not be disappointed.
They were really helpful with helping repair my dad's hearing aids they did a great job and also cleaned them up
I have had a few unsatisfying experiences with Miracle Ear in Cambridge. Not being able to reach their office or leaving a vm and the Cambridge office not listening to their voicemail for a week and a half. Leaving a voicemail with the main call center and not getting a call back. I don't believe they have done a great job of fitting the hearing aids for my elderly father.
