I knew a while ago that my hearing was not what it should be but I waited. About 3 weeks ago I had dinner with my whole family and found that while I could hear that they were talking, I just couldnt make anything out. I contacted my UPMC Concierge and they directed me to several hearing centers that I could look at. My wife and I have always heard good things about Miracle Ear so I make the appointment. Amazing staff!
Victoria was so incredibly helpful to my partner. She fixed an issue that he had so quickly. She added a concha lock to the aids and now they stay in! Miracle!! Thank you, Victoria!!
Excellent customer care and service. I had to replace the batteries in my hearing aids and Victoria and Margie were so helpful in taking care of getting this process started. Victoria helped me complete the required paperwork, answered all my questions, and Margie fitted me with a replacement pair of hearing aids to use while the battery replacement was being done. Margie configured the replacement hearing aids for me on my iPhone by reinstalling the Miracle Ear App and gave me full instructions on how to pair up the replace... read more
