We had a hard Time finding this place because the flyer we were sent did not say what the name of the business was. We were running late that day, but the minute we entered the building, the young woman, Lauren, who was The hearing specialist made us feel like we had plenty of time for the exam. She was very professional and explained all the steps that we were going to be doing during the testing and then she showed us the charts afterwards and what it meant. she was not pushing hearing aids unless you really needed them. Miracle Ear is the place to go. Very nice and will help with any problems. Adjustments and visits are free and getting an appointment is easy and quick.
Best hearing test I ever had. She’s so honest they went over everything. Let me wear the hearing aids while I was there to make sure I could hear. Let me take the next day to decide what I wanted to do Have been back twice for her to adjust and clean my hearing aids very good people to work with. I love my hearing aids here and better than I ever have.
Went in two weeks ago had test and order hearing aids. They stated would be in two weeks. Called after two weeks and they stated maybe next week do I want to make appointment now because they book up fast. When I stated why make appointment if they dont know if hearing aids are in. I have been getting my hearing aids thru the VA and its a hassle having to make long trip and long wait time for test and repairs but it seems like Miracle ear in no different.
