my mom has been coming here for years and we’ve seen a few different doctors here but the new female doctor there was a bit rude. while she was cleaning my moms hearing aid she asked her something and of course she didn’t hear her, i had to repeat myself 2 times and the doctor giggles. how rude. my mom was offended and rush the rest of the appointment and the second we got in the car she started crying. If you’re going to work with people with disabilities, try to have more compassion.
Pleasant, helpful staff. Gave me the ability to hear as normal as possible whether I am in a large group, one-on-one, watching TV, or on the phone.
