They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my hearing test and options. I purchased in the first half of 2025 hearing aids for one ear and a transmitter for the other ear so that I can hear better. Yes I can hear better so long as I'm not in a room with more than two people. The multiple people in a room I can hear better and louder with those people than the person I'm talking to right in front of me. I paid $6,000 for these hearing aids and im very DISAPPOINTED. The audiologist was very helpful and kind explaining all of the tests to check for hearing loss. Simona from the East Brunswick office was very professional and caring and I would highly recommend this office to friends and family.
