Traveling through Michigan City and staying the night I discovered i forgot my charger back home. Called Miracle Ear in Michigan city to inquire. They graciously invited us over. Cory represents Miracle ear very well! He tried every option they had to no avail (I had different make). He told us about other providers on our route as well. Simply a great experience and I'm very appreciative for all He and the new lady did.
My husband had an appointment today and Cory was absolutely amazing! He was so thorough, personable, and kind. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. He really went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend going to this place if you are in need of hearing aids.
I scheduled an appointment with the hearing specialist Cory. I was totally impressed with his knowledge, kindness, patience, honesty and professionalism. He did not try to sell me a hearing aid, rather he listened to my needs. He is truly one in a million. He really cares about people and tries to help them. I would recommend him to anyone. He is truly an asset to his company.
My grandmother had a great experience with this company. The gentleman that helped her was patient and seemed very knowledgeable. His professionalism was great!
Had such a fabulous experience with Cory when working with my 89 year old mother on her hearing aids. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, caring and informative. This was a much more positive experience than what we anticipated it would be, and we highly recommend him!!!
