Katy and Octavia are caring and responsive to our needs. The hearing aid cost a bit more but the service and attention to detail make it worth the extra. Highly recommend this location and these ladies.
I didn't know what to expect when I went in. They made me feel at ease. Katy explained everything so that I understood what she was doing and why. She showed me my results and explained those. They walked me through everything and were very professional about it while showing empathy and courtesy. So glad I came here. I love my new hearing aids. I don't plan on going anywhere else. 👍👍
I'm from fl and one of my hearing aid wire broke . I'm trying to get back to Florida and asked if they could temporarily repair and get some out of my ear. First I was told they didn't sell phones brand which is not true. No help or concern at all I won't be getting mine there
