I previously provided a negative review of Miracle Ear based on mis-information on my part. Prior to this negative review I always had very good service from the technicians and Miracle Ear overall. My bad. They deserve the 5 stars above.
I’ve always received good service from the technicians. I received new aids recently because the original ones were old and failing. However I didn’t receive a new tv streaming device. For a product costing over $6000 I would think the tv streaming device would be included. Additionally I was charged $39 for shipping. I am not happy with the new policies at Miracle Ear.
