Polly and Katie were wonderful helping my 93 year old mother with her hearing. Polly took time to explain each step and why she was doing each. My mother was very nervous about getting a hearing aid but Polly assured her that they would everything to help her with her hearing. I can not say enough about how caring Polly was. My mother now can now hear better. Also they are so simple to store when she removes them. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
