Almost a year ago we started this process, I'm still waiting on my $2000. Insurance payment. I paid in full instead of waiting on the insurance Pymt. I only gave three stars because of this, it's ridiculous. The ladies are all super nice. Although we've already had to send one back for repairs, I paid for refurbished ones. I hope that's not going to be a problem. I will update this review later when I get them back . Almost a year in and I'm getting worried about the $5000. I spent here. We'll see......

Worst experience ever.... I was lied too, on top of given the run around for 3 weeks. Please always have a witness, because they will try to switch it around. I am hearing impaired, not slow. Plus having to drive 60+ miles with same results.

Betty Bui attitude was totally unprofessional after discovering that I was not going to allow her to do a credit check to purchase hearing aids. She sat back in chair with an attitude and asked me why not? She said they can do a credit check and put me on a payment plan.I told her no, I will wait until January when I also sanitized room for a man of another color by spraying ongoing Lysol, and told him to keep door opened since she just sprayed, but never sprayed prior to me coming in there.
