Worst experience ever.... I was lied too, on top of given the run around for 3 weeks. Please always have a witness, because they will try to switch it around. I am hearing impaired, not slow. Plus having to drive 60+ miles with same results.
Betty Bui attitude was totally unprofessional after discovering that I was not going to allow her to do a credit check to purchase hearing aids. She sat back in chair with an attitude and asked me why not? She said they can do a credit check and put me on a payment plan.I told her no, I will wait until January when I also sanitized room for a man of another color by spraying ongoing Lysol, and told him to keep door opened since she just sprayed, but never sprayed prior to me coming in there.
Worst possible experience , felt like I was at low end used car lot with a schiester sales person . I feel like they took advantage of my 95 year old mother .
Life was so quiet at home until I received my hearing aids. Now I hear everything "she" says. Don't know If I want to keep them BUT everyone here was helpful and made sure everything was working and I was happy. Thanks for the help!!
