I've had my hearing aids for several years but still had problems hearing the pastor at church, even when I had them on the highest setting. On my last adjustment, I asked to have my volumn turned up, and what a difference. I now drop them down about 3 clicks when I first put them on, giving me more room for increases. I now hear my pastor just fine. The hearing aids are really good and the service even better. They never stopped until I was very satisfied. Thank you.
The staff have been nothing but helpful, friendly, and made this whole process easy. If I could give 10 stars I would!
