I've had my hearing aids for several years but still had problems hearing the pastor at church, even when I had them on the highest setting. On my last adjustment, I asked to have my volumn turned up, and what a difference. I now drop them down about 3 clicks when I first put them on, giving me more room for increases. I now hear my pastor just fine. The hearing aids are really good and the service even better. They never stopped until I was very satisfied. Thank you.

My wife signed up for their free hearing test. Was so impressed with the staff and testing I made an appointment for myself a week later. Both Miranda and Julie are very professional informative and courteous while completing the testing in a quiet insulated exam room. They fully explain how we hear, the testing procedures and results. I had abdominal surgery in December and there were times that I did not feel like going in. I never had a problem changing my appointment. They were always concerned about me and how I was.
