Stephanie Scheetz, the Office Manager is friendly, efficient, sweet and professional. I love working with her for my quarterly cleanings & establishing appointments. She also has 2-pak Chocolate Oreos, which I also love--only 2 2-paks-my diet! Nic Mencarini, Hearing Aid Dispenser & Italian Stallion, a true professional works with me for hearing tests, cleaning & adjusting my HA/s hearing aids. He is a perfectionist and knows what he's doing. Nic is friendly, professional & efficient.
After being put on hold endlessly at a big box competitor to Miracle Ear, because the big box’s hearing aids never worked as advertised, I went to see Nic at the Fair Street Miracle Ear Center. What a delightful upgrade that I recommend to everyone in need of improving their hearing. The testing was professional and Nic very knowledgeable in how to fully address my issues with the best, and best backed, hearing aids on the market. Staff is amazing!!! Nic gave me a thorough and complete hearing exam. He was very professional and courteous. He listened to all my concerns and provided me with a solution! Love my new hearing aids! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!
