Walked, Stephanie greeted me immediately. Answered questions I had about insurance, made me an appointment for next day. My appointment was with Nic who was very thorough with questions about my hearing, did several hearing test and set me up with a hearing aid. The office is clean, runs efficiently. Both Stephanie and Nic are friendly and very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the hearing aids, insurance and they have a wide array of budget options.
