The people were very nice and helpful while setting up the hearing aids and remote control app. The employees and atmosphere was very friendly and caring.
I have been going to Miracle Ear for several years. During those years I have had the opportunity to meet their wonderful staff. I cannot say enough about the way they conduct business..in the most friendliest and business like manner. This was a really fine experience! Tammy tested thoroughly... But the best part: she EXPLAINED it al! Tammy is definitely educated in her trade and respectful of individual preferences.
Henry and Patty are wonderful to work with. I have been working with them for several years, first with my mother and then my husband and me. Our hearing aids have brought us back to the point where we no longer must shout at each other. Thanks for helping us.
