The staff has always been super friendly, not just courteous. Kathryn is super patient and engaging, she wants to know if you're getting the results with your hearing aids. This year I had an ear infection starting and she suggested having it checked. Saved me from a lot of discomfort. The free follow up and cleaning is awesome.
Very professional and Hearing care specialist is very helpful and patience in teaching how to putting in Hearing aids. Receptionist gives a welcoming experience
