I called to inquire about pricing to get a hearing aid refit, and the woman who answered the phone was very condescending and laughed at me when I was surprised at the price. I had misunderstood and thought that it would be free since they were miracle ear brand, and instead of being kind and explaining why it was not, it simply restating that there would be a charge she very rudely laughed at me. Lacy and Stacy have been incredible to work with. Lacy has been very professional and thorough and very knowledgeable and helpful as well as delightful. Stacy is very friendly and welcoming and top notch service. Both these ladies go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at ease. The hearing aides are amazing. So happy we made this choice. Correction: Stacy’s name was incorrect-I meant Shelley!!! 🤣
