Nikki and Shelly are great, she hooked Bluetooth and showed me how to use the app. Did some adjustments to my aids for BGN and everything sounds 10 times better. Come see my friends for your hearing needs.
A lot of the reviews are deceiving, we felt uncomfortable. The lady in the front was the rudest. My mom felt like a bother, never once confirmed what insurance she had before hand until she gets there and then states they don’t accept her insurance. Could have saved her a trip and she could’ve found someone that does. Definitely do not recommend.
