Andrew was soo high spirit. He fixed my earpiece and he convinced me on getting a new one in the near future. He had soo much patience with me. You know how we older people can be.
Outstanding professionalism and service every time I walk through the door. I can't praise Mr. Craft enough on what a fine young man he is.
