I recently took my grandma to have her ears checked and we had a wonderful experience with Mackenzie. She is a fantastic hearing aid specialist—kind, professional, and very personable. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking hearing care.
I recently brought my grandpa into the office, and we had such a great experience. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire visit. They made sure he felt comfortable and took the time to answer all of our questions. It’s clear they really care about their patients. We truly appreciate the level of care and would definitely recommend this office to others.

Took my 80 year old mother here just yesterday. Blake is super high pressure sales and has a terrible manner. He got almost hostile at my mother, to the point I was one more sentence from having a confrontation with him. We decided to get a 2nd opinion since she needs hearing aids according to them. She went to go ask for her records from them today and they refused to get her a copy.
