Patrick at The Harbison location is very through and easy to work with. The test and autograph gives you an easy way to see your hearing status. Everything from the hearing test to the fitting, setup and instructions were handled in aprofessional and understandable way. I highly recommend this location and staff.
I’ve been a Miracle Ear gal for over 7 years. Last month I purchased a new set of hearing aids. Patrick now is permanent at this location and I just want to give him a shout out for informing me and selling me this new technology. I can’t believe how well I’m hearing now. I didn’t realize that my hearing wasn’t as good as it could be with newer technology. A lot changes in 7 years. Patrick is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful.
