Welcoming atmosphere and great customer service. My hearing aids with the included follow-up care/service are well worth the price.
My 98 year old mother, Sara Loyd, bought a hearing aid from Miracle Ear several years ago.....It recently became evident that she could not hear while wearing it. So, I made an appointment at the Columbia SC office on Forum Drive. Patrick was amazing! He quickly saw where the problem was and my mama left with a newer hearing aid and a huge smile, as she could hear! :-) He is having the battery replaced in her old hearing aid and will call us when it is returned!
