I have had nothing but positive experiences working with Bryan and Delena these last 2 years. This week I traveled out of state to visit relatives for a week and forgot to pack my hearing aids and charger. I called them and they worked with the Marietta M.E. location and Peter and Jennifer from that location had a loaner set ready for me the next day. Now THAT'S customer service!!!
My entire experience at this location was professional, friendly no pressure environment. The facilities and testing equipment are top notch. Bryan the Audiologist, was super, very informed, caring about your hearing. Performed a extensive hearing exam, explained results and answered any concerns. Then he was able to apply my results to a test unit that was best for my severe hearing loss. I was amazed at how clear my hearing improved from my previous hearing aids.
