(Ed Lyday) While in Columbia for a medical emergency, I found myself without my charger on an extended stay. Dalena, who was my very first contact with miracle ear several years ago, assisted me with borrowing a charger. Dalena has always been very accommodating and helpful. Top notch customer service!
I am visiting SC from out of state. My hearing aid charger started whining and refused to work properly. Dalena at Miracle Ear came to my rescue and was soooo helpful. Thank you for helping me stay connected. You are the best!!!!!!!!
