They was the very polite, nice offer use drinks and snacks. They had a very Pleasant smile on their face. I will be glad to refer anyone to the miracle ear.
Came today and the man on the website is not there it's a lady name Lisa that does not know what she is doing she told me my ears was dirty and that's why I'm not hearing but she put the wrong program on my hearing aids blamed me she went in her office and closed the door on me and the lady up front I am not happy with my service
This hearing aid center is the best I have ever experienced anywhere. As a Veteran with free services and devices, I choose to go to Miracle-Ear for my needs. The manager/receptionist Ms Trussa is more helpful than anyone could ask for. Please tell her/them that Dr Burns sent you to see them! They will take care of your hearing needs!
I have been a long time customer of Miracle Ear. To be honest I wasn’t completely happy until I switched my location of service to the Garners Ferry Rd. location. They have provided excellent service, going above and beyond to correct something I was unhappy with that happened at an another location. I recommend them completely and will continue to be a loyal customer of this location!
