My mother got the top of the line hearing aids from this place. It was her birthday present.it is not only the most expensive in the market but the worst. They charged her insurance for $10000 and asked me to pay an extra &2500.00. Her hearing aids do not work well. She went for adjustment at least 20 times without any improvement. The Hearing Specialist is this location is a gem - kind, patient, and attentive. Highly recommend.
Nate is warm, compassionate and a great ear technician. I would recommend his services to anyone. He seems to have a full schedule but I never felt rushed during my appointment. He was able to adjust my aids to my specific needs and program my iPhone so I can easily listen to my audio books. The business model is engineered to make money off of seniors who have hearing problems, using scare tactic and promising stuff they can't deliver. Go to see your doctor to get your hearing tested. One other thing is that the receptionist looked like she never went home from a bar the night before with body odor, racoon eyeliner and chipped off nails - Gross. _________________________ I'm adding to my original review. I've had hearing aids from another well known manufacturer for several years and decided to try the ones from Miracle-Ear. Immediately I noticed 2 important technical things for me: 1. How much better the the clarity of the higher frequencies is. While I could hear them, particularly with higher pitch speaking, sometimes it was difficult to know what they were actually saying.
