They took to to a room that looked like it was an office for storage. After my test was performed on a laptop and when completed I was taken to another room where was another person along with the person that performed the test. I was shown my results on a computer with my results and my name was not shown to me that these were even mine. Then was told how costly the hearing aides would be and that could set up payment plans. A rip off if had to say especially for seniors.
