I recently became a patient at this location. I was very happy to find out how efficient they are at this office. I highly recommend this location to anyone interested in purchasing hearing aids. - The process is much easier than you may think.
Receptionist laughed obnoxiously at the AT ME with the ear doctor when I asked about a private medical service for my ears. Really abysmal business practice.
Complete scam. Expensive and constantly does not work. Admittedly diminished hearing but they should tell you there is nothing more they can do instead of constantly upgrading and charging outrageous prices for a product that won’t help. Last March, I took a chance in Googling “free hearing tests”. I originally lost my hearing in my left ear approximately 3 years ago and didn’t explore the option of wearing a hearing aid. With my quality of life not feeling as it should, I took a chance. I set an appointment to get a FREE hearing test with the wonderful front desk clerk, Denise!
