Today my friend Wayne came to my home to borrow a ladder and when he arrived he couldn’t hear a thing I was saying. So I asked him where his hearing aids were and he said they weren’t working. So I took him to Miracle Ear in Ardmore. It was closed but the front desk manager heard us knocking on the door and opened it up for us. She contacted the hearing specialist and they both spent a fair amount of time helping us until my friend could hear out of his hearing aids. Denise is the heart of this location, a perfect PR person. She is patient & knowledgeable and greatly supportive of the audiologist. She has been very helpful during frustrating situations that became more frequent as my aids got older.
