Great staff! Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
The test was fair and accurate. However Don't BE FOOLED by the offer of a gift card. If you don't need hearing aids or do not purchase hearing aids you don't get a gift card. THE "FREE" GIFT CARD IS FOR PAYING CUSTOMER'S ONLY .
They are no help at all. The initial visit with Samantha went good but now I’ve been waiting for a call back from them since November, keep calling and they say we will call you back and no one does, and Samantha never seems to be available to answer the phone or call back. I Asked to talk to the manager and again they said the manager will call you back and guess what, no call back at all and it’s been over a month!
I am so grateful for my Miracle Ear hearing aids. I had no idea how much I was missing until I got my new "ears." They changed my life. Samantha is wonderful! She's very knowledgeable and so helpful. I would definitely recommend (and I have) Miracle Ear to anyone!
The lady taking care of us in Robinson, sorry I forget her name, is absolutely very nice and willing to help in anyway she can. She is always smiling, courteous and vibrant. We appreciate her. Laura & Kim frattini
