I take my father here and the last three times we had different hearing specialists. Hours during covid-19 are terrible. Dropped off my dads hearing aid for repair on 6/30 and was told we would have it back in two weeks come to find out it was just shipped out for repair. Now my dad is going out of town with one hearing aid. When you spend $6000 on hearing aids you should get great customer service. Not happening.

Constantly changing hearing specialists at Maynard Crossing location. Last visit no masks worn. I was very concerned since my wife is very high risk for the virus.
