Traveling cross country I was sent here by the Apple Valley office because they had the part in stock to fix my dead hearing aid. She was so nice and efficient! Fixed my hearing aid so quickly! So thankful for this miracle office! !

Javier & Carmen in the Ontario office were excellent! I had an emergency with my hearing aid and they were able to get me in at the time I could make it and fix it within two minutes. I usually go to the West Covina office because it’s by my house and I couldn’t get in until Wednesday and my hearing is really too bad to have to wait that long. Thank you thank you for having such great people that are here to help us!!!
