Great customer service is very important to me. And it doesn't get any better than Jim Armstrong and Lisa. They listen, answer my questions and take care if my needs. I usually just pop on as Bakersfield is far from my home, so don't always know when I will be down there. They are never to busy to take care of my needs and have a a little chat. Love my hearing aids and their service.
