Crappy service The new guy they hired only wants to sell an new computer to you as if he has no idea what he is going. I bought one of their new computers and it is slower than my old one. Wish I had fixed my old computer, but he told me the new one was faster. Do not deal with this guy. Make sure if you do deal with them, deal with the people that have been there the longest. Do NOT take your computer here. We are a 3 computer family. And we've taken 2 computers here to get fixed with different things and it comes back worse than it was before. For example: We took one of ours in for something very minor. Once we got it home, our brand new monitor, only a month old, didn't work anymore. Then we took it back in to get that fixed and we got it back and something else had gone haywire. This happened a few more times until we took it to someone else to fix the whole thing. Lazy There are some buissinesses that go above and beyond what is expected, but this isnt one of them. the two men that own this computer repair store wont even stay five minutes later to finnish a computer.
