Shoot. He's a nice guy, but I can't understand what two men were doing here for three hours. Floor in my bedroom not done, floor in my bathroom not done, tub not scrubbed, charged extra for oven, but incomplete, did not use cleaner on floors, all completed items are half-hearted. Took my broom with them, left their old ratty one. Won't call again.
