Great place to buy a car. The salesman was honest and very transparent.
I went in there to finance this Elantra and immediately after telling them what I had for a down payment they went a completely different route and try to get me into a Volkswagen vehicle that I wasn't even looking at so I'm not very happy with what happened here
I worked with Andrew and he was fantastic. I sat there for 3 hours while they did ‘paperwork’ without anyone else checking on me. The price you see online is not accurate and they only show the best possible scenario for all available rebates. Go ahead and add on 6-7k to whatever they show online. They’ll also try and give you a sad story about why they lowball you 8k below what KBB or Edmund’s says the trade-in is worth. When dealership contacted me amd I asked questions about the vehicle, I was passed to another employee. She was to provide more photos, particularly of the imperfections. Well I get a homemade video that spent more time of just her face in it and the time that was actually on the vehicle she went so fast it was blurry and you couldn't see the details. I absolutely had the best experience. Mason Null is an awesome salesman. I told my car and he was very patient. Help me pick out the perfect car for me and get the best price. The sales manager was awesome and so was Finance. I would definitely recommend a dealership to anybody that I know and I will come back there again if I need another car. I’m 55 years old and this is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had
