*Note* When I moved in here, I moved into an unused apartment. The apartments look nice at first glance, but once you live here, you realize how poorly they are built. The smaller bedroom in the two bedroom/ two bath apartments has a small closet to begin with, and then a water heater takes up half of that space. Very poor design. The floors creak like the building is decades old. The AC unit is in the living room and the cool air does not even nearly reach either of the two bedrooms. Parking isn't the greatest, but at what apt. Is parking really that great? I agree the construction on these are definitely not the best. But the repair men that work here are the best I've encountered while living in apartments for some time. I have never had an issue with things being fixed promptly and correctly. The heavier set repair man is an awesome guy goes above and beyond for us everytime. Moved in just under a month ago into a 2bdrm 2 bathrm and love it! The carport has been a lifesaver this winter! Awesome floor plans, very spacious, BIG closets. Affordable is the big thing. And for everything they offer here well worth it. They have a closed off dog park that my chocolate lab Charlie needs. I've never seen that offered at any other property before. I lived in this apartment for a year. When i moved out i was slapped with a $400 bill. I took pictures of everything i cleaned and apparently it didn't matter. i was charged for things that weren't broken and for thongs that they deemed not clean enough. guess if you want to live here you had better be a clean freak. No speed bumps with people flying through the parking lot. no amenities for children at all. not a family or really pet friendly establishment. Terrible customer service from the managers and Rudeen Management.
If you want to park at Lowe's or Walmart and walk over to your apartment, or listen to your neighbor going to the bathroom, or slip on icy walkways, then this is the apartment for you! DON'T MOVE HERE. I moved into one of newest buildings here and it was all good at first but then started to realize how many corners they cut while building these things. Management is useless when you need them to do something for you. Parking is a nightmare. If you only have 1 car that's fine as you get one carport. Location is the only good thing here. Management micro manages, felt like we were always being watched. We have kids & got in trouble for side walk chalk on OUR patio & some on the main sidewalk, yet there are BBQ’s chained to posts & a shopping cart on another. If you have more than one car per family, be prepared to fight for additional spots. There are people here who have additional cars, they don't use, taking up spots the rest of us can never park in. If you want to park at Walmart or Lowes and walk to your apt,this place is for you.If you like hearing people pee in the other apt its for you. I have been in const.most of my life and these are the cheapest, corner cutting apts I have ever seen.Also, absolutely no parking unless you have but 1 car per apartment. Pretty sure the parking lot does not coinside with Spokane Valley City code. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.
They poorly made and you will have to call the repair man all the time who is a nice guy but the manager is a jerk and when u try to tell him somthing about the apartment he practical hangs up on you spend more and live at peace instead of constant stuff to repair.
