Had really good experiences in the past but recently difficult times. Starting with an oil change they said I needed all brakes and tires changed. Had everything done Friday, then Tuesday my TPMS came on. I called because I suspected it was related to the recent tire change and they said that had nothing to do with the sensor. I don't think it was necessarily their fault but their demeanor felt rushed and condescending.
