Horrible Salon!!!!!!! Horrible salon! Would never go there again, horrible customer service, stylists are rude, color doesn't stay on after trying multiple times, manager says there's something wrong with my hair, I should go see a doctor for it, another stylist sends text messages at 3 am in the morning like " " exactly quoted. Don't go there, you will regret it.
Hair Color My hairdressers name is Karen. I have been going to her for about 6 years now. She is amazing! She always gets my hair just the way I want it. She is VERY reasonably priced, probably the best in town. I drive over 50 miles to see her every six weeks!
my hair is freakin awsome!!! For the first time in my life I walk out of a salon satisfied with with what I paid for. My stylist was Sheree, totally funny and made me feel comfortable. She glammed me up with red highlights and a the best haircut ever. I have thick long asian hair and sometimes stylists get overwhelmed but Sheree really knew what she was doing. I love my new cut it's so easy to style and my color is fab and fresh!
Mirabella Hair Design is Fantastic!!! Call Jody!!! Reasonably priced! Great with Color!! Always current with the latest trend! She's been doing my hair for 15 years! We just moved to DC and I fly in special to get my hair done! This is a 5 star place, with great pricing!!!
Don't go there. I went there on a Groupon special. No matter how bad you want to get a hair cut and color...DON'T DO IT there. The guy tells me he works one day a week and gets unemployment the rest!?! He smelled too and was very slow. My hair was over processed on the color, the layers are off by inches in the front and he didn't even style it well. I put it up in a ponytail as I was paying. Now I have to find another place to get this mess fixed.
do not buy this groupon! So clearly if you are on groupon it's for a reason. Atleast that's what i've learned after my experience with mirabella hair design. When I called to make the appoitment everything seemed ok. I work 2 jobs 60 hours a week and when I called to let the staff know I would be 5 min late the staff on the other end, laughed then replied "wow', I was so disgusted with the customer service I told them to forget my appoitment. AMY GREAT, salon not so much Amy is AWSOME! The owner/manager is another story. She is rude, greedy and a terrible representative to customers. She has no knowledge of the hair industry as she is not licensed in either hair, cosmotology or nails. Her micro-managing has chased the good stylists away, her greed takes money away from the stylists, her receptionist called to confirm an appointment...I was sitting in the chair....just horrible customer service. amazing I went to Mirabella cuz its where my friend goes, she said I had to try her colorist, so I did. I am so glad I went!!!!! Amy is wonderful, this girl knows her stuff. I was really scared after reading the reviews about the salon but I went any way, after all my friend hair always looks so good, and now mine looks even better!! She corrected my hair cut, and color and was still able to keep my hair long. Thank u so much Amy, I found my new stylist.
Botched The stylist was rude and made me feel stupid when I described to her what I wanted done. She talked down to me and made me feel very uncomfortable. She was unpleasant and honestly I am kind of disgusted by the whole thing. My hair color came out way too dark and my hair cut was uneven all over (so bad)! When wearing my hair down it was really obvious that it wasn't cut straight across, so I had to go somewhere else and have it fixed.
