I lived in this apartment complex for a year, and while the idea of a 'secure' building was appealing, the reality was quite different. I often felt unsafe due to the lack of proper security measures. Parking was a complete disaster – we were only given one permit, and the inside parking was always full. We had a few move in issues but great maintenance team who responded very processionally. Even though we did not request it but one of the guys drove an hour away just to go pick up a new AC unit since we had issues upon move it was working great but still he got us a new one very much appeeciated and we had some electrical issues and they responded very nicely. Its reassuring when you have a good maintenance team. Thank you.

AC stopped working in 95 degrees heat and was absolutely miserable. Kalo came out the same day, quickly fixed the issue in 15 minutes. This was hands down the best service experience I’ve had here and I couldn’t be happier.
