Not helpful at all in my opinion. Also, at times it seemed to me like she was pressuring me to discuss things I wasn't comfortable discussing with her yet. I have to build some rapport with a therapist before I feel comfortable talking about certain subjects. The pressuring is extremely inappropriate for a therapist in my opinion. I felt completely uncomfortable, which exacerbated some of my mental/emotional issues.
Dr.Mira Iheme is full of compassion for her patients, staff,and people she comes in contact with. She is very empathetic, kind and most of all very professional. I would recommend my friends and family to see her.
