I had been experiencing bleeding gums when brushing and flossing. Raw Maraby had posted a video on Instagram recommending that the herb horse tail was used to treat the specific condition. My kidneys scored a 124 eGFR (estimated glomerular filtration rate) which is beyond perfect meaning my kidneys are working wonderfully. I’ve been drinking the nettle seed tea and switched my diet to mainly fruits and alkaline veggie.

Back in December 2024 I developed a Pylondial cyst at my tailbone and it had gotten inflamed to the point I was in so much pain, it was severely infected.
