Martha related to me that she was pleased with the gentleness of the person cleaning her teeth. She is confident in the expertise of her dentist. She wasn't pleased in the unusually long wait before her cleaning, as she makes great effort to be on time for appointments.

I love the staff. Always friendly and courteous.
The office is clean and quiet, relaxing. The front office staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Duenes is gentle with my kids he is soft spoken and patient. His assistants stay with my daughter help calm her nerves. If there are services I choose to decline the staff is understanding about it.
It's a very nice experience. I always cheer up the staff. It helps them throughout the day. Thanks for doing a good job.
Everyone in the office makes the dentist visit comfortable and relax!
