Theu have horrible communication. Something that shouldve been ready and waiting took over 45min and i could not wait on their incompetence any longer. If im told that its at front desk and nobody knows what going on, it very sad. People have lives too and dont need to drive 45 min away for nothing. They said they were going to check with someone and then proceeded to run around do other things. Also not very friendly.
I rarely leave reviews, but I had an exceptionally positive experience with Mohamed. After multiple unsuccessful calls trying to resolve a prescription issue, he stepped in and had it fixed within 30 minutes. He personally contacted the pharmacy to identify the problem, something no one at that office has ever done for me. His initiative and follow‑through made all the difference. Thank you Mohamed!!
Mir Neurology handled a very delicate medical situation for a loved one recently. They were able to review and use existing testing and procedure information we provided to expedite a quickly needed resolution. We are so grateful for the team at Mir Neurology and especially for Dr Mir and his wealth of knowledge! I would recommend this practice to anyone!
I initially had given this place 5 stars. However, after having frequented there a handful of times, I would not really recommend it. I give 3 stars because the doctor seems very competent at what he does and the staff has always been nice, but I do not feel the business is very organized or professional. On my first visit, I was scheduled for a specific test.
