The only time I enjoyed coming to this practice is when NP Chandler Trecost was there. In the time before she came to the practice and this last visit in March 2025 after she left, I had to jump through hoops to get my FMLA approved for work leave due to migraine. They never filled and sent the paperwork in on time, causing my leave to be canceled and I had to start the process all over again. This last time I dropped it off two weeks before the due date, allowing them a total of three weeks to complete and email the paperwo... read more
