DON’T MOVE HERE. Our car got stolen TWICE here and management hasn’t done shit to help us with it. On top of it our packages get stolen regularly too and management also doesn’t care about those either. They’ll answer your emails with a generic “we care” reply but then do nothing to help. Security here is a joke. Don’t move here unless you wanna lose your valuables.
The units are nice, but the building doesn't provide entrance codes to delivery drivers, so non-USPS packages get returned to sender or stolen from the lobby.
Overall: Packages constantly stolen or misplaced, terrible communication. But decent living space. — Edit: management called me a few days after and confirmed the situation: -ONLY “approved” vendors have elevator codes. They could not provide me with a list. -residents should not have codes - even though many do. I appreciate the effort to talk to me about the situation, but nothing’s changed. Overall: Packages constantly stolen or misplaced, terrible communication. But decent living space. THE PACKAGE DISASTER (Main Issue) I moved here in early 2025. Since then, I’ve received 100+ packages. Only about 20% actually make it to my door. Most packages get dumped inside or outside the mailroom - where they’re constantly stolen.
