The units are nice, but the building doesn't provide entrance codes to delivery drivers, so non-USPS packages get returned to sender or stolen from the lobby.
Overall: Packages constantly stolen or misplaced, terrible communication. But decent living space. — Edit: management called me a few days after and confirmed the situation: -ONLY “approved” vendors have elevator codes. They could not provide me with a list. -residents should not have codes - even though many do. I appreciate the effort to talk to me about the situation, but nothing’s changed. Overall: Packages constantly stolen or misplaced, terrible communication. But decent living space. THE PACKAGE DISASTER (Main Issue) I moved here in early 2025. Since then, I’ve received 100+ packages. Only about 20% actually make it to my door. Most packages get dumped inside or outside the mailroom - where they’re constantly stolen. Daniel from the Maintenance Team is stellar, and always fixes our issues in a quick and timely manner. He is very thoughtful and attentive in making sure residents feel taken care of at Mio!
