Great Guys – All I can say about Minyard is that they know what they are doing. From the guy taking the call to the technician that came out to my house, they're all very courteous and well spoken. Not to mention they have a guy for just about anything, which was a nice surprise considering I needed a plumber and electrician at the same time. I genuinely recommend you give them a try and see for yourself. I know you’ll call them again once you do.
Best service in town!!!!!! – I have used Minyard and sons four times know. Every time has been a great experience. They are always the quickest to respond to any problem that you have and the work is always completed in a professional manner. They are the only company that I will use for all of my plumbing and electrical needs.
Excellent Service – I called out Minyard for a couple misc. plumbing jobs. (loose faucet, leaking hose bib, as well as an estimate to replace my water heater) They came out the same day and were able to knock out all the items I had asked them to in a matter of minutets. Which would make anyone happy. They quoted me a more that fair price to replace my water heater and even set up the appointment to change it out right before he left. Its obvious that they care for their customers a lot, which is good to know these days.
Really decent guys – I've asked these guys to come out twice for plumbing help and they've been bang on both times. The first was to fix a leaking shower and the second to assist in the install of a heavy iron sink. Both times they did perfect work and explained to my wife in great detail everything they did and why. The bill wasn't nearly as much as I expected, either. Stay away from Minyard – Stay away from this company. They have a terrible attitude and don't care about customers or anyone else for that matter. One of their Vans (probably their only one) nearly ran me off the road while speeding and talking on the phone. When I tried to talk to the company about it they simply hung up on me. Didnt suprise me one bit when I looked them up online and saw other reviews saying what bad attitudes they had, and the plumbing supply place that confirmed they are deadbeats.
good service – I have used Minyard twice this past year---once they came to fix my AC last summer and the service person was able to diagnose the problem (a blown capacitor) right away. I had just had my AC worked on by someone else a week before and it had broken again. Minyard fixed the problem and charged a very reasonable fee. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. fast & friendly plumbing service – I getting my house ready for a big party when I discovered that my kitchen sink was leaking. I found Minyard Plumbing's ad on the back of my phone book. I called them and they were able to send someone out to fix the leak the same day. Thankfully the leak was fixed before my friends showed up for the party. low prices & good service – I had a pipe in my kitchen burst over night, on a Saturday. I called Minyard & they were able to come out right away. The service tech was very knowledgeable & worked quickly. He got the job done. Their price was competitive and seemed in line with other companies I called.
Bad Attitudes and Costly – I asked them to come over to give me a quote for some plumbing in a house I was buying and the guy that showed up was cocky and condescending and gave me a quote that ended up being 3 times more expensive than anyone else. I won't go back to them...ever.
