Minyard made it right – UPDATE: After seeing this review, Landon (Minyard's service manager) requested that I contact him. I did just that. He informed me that the plumber who came to our home was no longer with the company. He apologized profusely and worked to make it right. Although I admit that our experience was really bad, I believe that was truly the fault of the plumber. Thieves – This company attempted to commit larceny by stealing my electricity in order to complete work for someone else. After I confronted them, they did leave my property; however, they then stole electricity from another resident who was not home.
Master bath – After calling another contract who wanted to dig up the entire sewer line for 6 to 8K we called Minyard & Sons Servcies. They come out on time gave an estimate of 1400 to 1800. 00 to fix my bath room toilet that would not drain. After checking with the camera and finding the sewer lines were clear and not breakes in the line they found that the piece that the toilet sits on was not attached to the drain line just sitting there and there was a 90 degree pipe that should not have been there.
